Un endroit très beau, avec un aménagement astucieux et de qualité, notamment pour la salle de bain. Proximité de Tom Lee park pour se balader et voir le coucher du soleil. Belle décoration. Bien situé dans Memphis, a proximité de musèes et a distance raisonnable de Beale street. Attention, ils ajoutent d’office 100$ par jour sur la carte au checkin pour couvrir les éventuels frais supplémentaires. L’argent est reversé au check out mais avec 2-3 j de délai Joli bar au rez de chaussée. Possibilité de se restaurer, mais l’équipe est très rapidement débordée , la queue se fait dans le lobby et l’attente peut être très longue pour commander et pour avoir son plat ou son café. Deux points à améliorer : il y a beaucoup de prises dans la chambre mais pas une prise usb. Si le minibar est plein de boissons et de snacks ( tous payants) pas de plateau de courtoisie ni de possibilité de se faire un café ou d’avoir un thermos d’eau chaude en autonomie dans le lobby.

What a beautiful hotel within an easy walk of Beale street and right across from the Civil Right Museum and the hotel where MLK was shot. The hotel and room were both excellent and everyone was so polite and friendly.

The lobby is super welcoming, with a living room vibe, a bakery and bar- really, everything you need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, and we love the eco-friendly glasses and large products to cut down on plastic.
