Everything was right. They rooms are nice size. Extra space for the kids to be kids after riding in the car for hours. Beds are decent. My only complaint was the breakfast options. Biscuits put out cold, seemed like the same gravy for days. They could do soooo much better with their breakfast.

Check-in was so easy and the receptionist was so polite and kind. We had no issues checking our dog in as well. VERY clean, VERY well lit and right off the interstate. Staying here again on our way back from a cross country trip.

Great bang for the buck!

This hotel provided the best bang for the buck I’ve experienced in quite a while. It smelled clean and was clean. The room was large and uncluttered. There was room for a bassinet if traveling with an infant. The soundproofing worked well and we didn’t notice noise from other guests. Direct TV provided many viewing options. The bathroom was recently renovated and very attractive. It was shower only - no bathtub - and our only complaint was that the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion wall containers weren’t marked! We were left to guess which was which, but there was plenty of everything. Breakfast was nice, and the coffee was very good by hotel standards. We expect to pass through Memphis regularly to visit family and I plan to stay here again!

Room was nice, staff nice, and location was convenient. Shower floor had hair on floor, you could hear banging upstairs and every time a door close, and ran out of breakfast stuff.
