I recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites and had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the front desk staff: Travis and Jasmine. They were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide helpful information, and ensure that all of my needs were met. Their positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. It's rare to encounter a team that consistently makes guests feel valued and appreciated, but the front desk staff here did exactly that, but Travis and Jasmine stood out. Their hospitality played a major role in making my stay enjoyable, and they are a true asset to the hotel. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for great accommodations and exceptional customer service.
