Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square
"We stayed for one night as a family this week. The Sofitel is a beautiful hotel that's nicely decorated and generally well-appointed (decor feels upscale and so forth). The location is very convenient, and the staff was friendly. We had a good stay. The rooms were very nice, nice size for a city, but there were some signs of wear (shower didn't drain very well, a little mildew here and there, but minor notes - nothing I'd bother to complain about). Beds were very soft as were the down pillows, so if you like that you'll love them - if you prefer firm, it may not be your favorite bed. The hair dryer was on its last leg. Valet parking is great, but it took a good 20-25 mins to get the car. On balance, this is a very nice hotel and a good value - I'd give 4.5 stars if it was an option, but it's not quite a 5. That being said, I would stay again."

Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport
"When we checked in there was a sign saying that the pool was closed, fine. When we checked out there was a sign in the same spot, same font saying that the shuttle was closed. No help from the desk"
