The main issue is that they falsely advertise wi-fi when their internet doesn't work at all. The wi-fi login page wouldn't load for us the first day after countless retries. Reception said to keep trying, so they weren't much help. On the second day I was able to connect once, but the wi-fi speed was abysmal at < 10 mbps which made it useless. Also this hotel is clearly a converted apartment from the 70s that has received the landlord's paint special over the years; it's overdue for a renovation. They should start with sound insulation by replacing the windows and doors because it sounds like they're not even there.

The quality of the room was terrible. Had to be moved to 3 different rooms. Stains on the sheets and rooms were damaged and neglected. Checked out early and hotel refused to offer refund for unused night.

Great location!!! Close to Beverly Hills, close to major museums, close to great & diverse restaurants. Check-in was awkward. Clerk announced - 45 min after check-in time the room was not ready. Not what you want to hear. Then he said it was probably ready and would I mind going to the room to check which I did - a first for me. The room was ready and it was a nice room with an extremely comfortable bed, plenty of towels - a big plus - and really nice bodycare products. I felt well taken care of by this property!

Only the location was good. Room very small, very noise A/C and the next door bath. Total outdated. Do small room you do not even have space to open a luggage. Both beds stuck on the wall, very not confortable situation. Did not feel secure, due to the front door close to the elevator with no security. Anyone could jump on the elevator and move around the hallways. No breakfast. This hotel has nothing good except the location.
