The hotel is wonderfully quirky but that does not detract from any of the facilities you would expect to find in an excellent hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable, having a pub downstairs was great and the staff could not have been lovelier!

The brunette lady at the Reception was absolutely brilliant when I checked - in. I was a little early and her customer service skills were exceptional.
