A Memorable Stay at NoMad London

My stay at NoMad London was truly exceptional. The interior design throughout the hotel is stunning — a perfect blend of elegance and character that makes every corner feel thoughtfully curated. I was particularly impressed by the concierge service. The restaurant recommendations they provided were spot-on, each offering a unique and satisfying dining experience. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about enhancing each guest’s stay. What stood out most was the staff’s dedication to guest comfort — even when certain requests couldn’t be accommodated, they went out of their way to offer alternatives and assist in any way possible. That thoughtful flexibility made me feel genuinely cared for. The cocktails at Side Hustle were not only delicious but also inventive, reflecting a creative flair that made each visit to the bar a delight. Lastly, the Library space — with its refined, cozy ambiance — was a personal favorite. It’s a place you could easily lose track of time in.

Breakfast staff was slow to take orders and seemed to worried about cleaning the tables they taking care of the customers that were dining. Ordered a car and then they tell me someone got into the car and left, which i don’t believe and then they ordered a cab instead. I would not be surprised if they forgot to order the car next time I will continue to use welcome pickups.
