Excellent location. Hotel was pretty dark, but lots of style. Our room was missing a lot of stuff when we checked in, but it was all fixed soon after we let the front desk know. Very expensive vegetarian burger that I highly recommended you stay away from, but other than that, it was overall a great experience.

An outstanding hotel at perfect location. The room was overwhelming. Two small issues: There were no windows in the room and it appears to be that the hotel has a policy of power saving during night time which shut off the refrigerator until the morning. It was really not a big deal and we fully recommend that property.

I’ll start with the pros. It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s in a great location, with great views out the front door of Big Ben. It’s walkable to local eating, Westminster Abbey, and the Eye. It smells good, and the staff are friendly. However we stayed a week, and our room was cleaned only 3 times, so we had trash piling up and ran out of towels and toilet paper. However those things could be overlooked BUT the bed. The bed. The bed is hard, the pillows are sparse, and the blanket is entirely too small for the bed. It didn’t reach both sides of the bed so it was a constant power struggle between my husband and I in the middle of the night. I ended up using the bathroom towels and robes to keep covered at night, but they took them the 3 times they cleaned so I had to ask for more. Not sure I would stay there again due to the lack of comfort.

Great location right next to attractions, unique rooms that are fairly roomy, but I was disappointed with the attention to detail and room service food was awful. The hand soap dispensers were empty, staff was quite rude if you even had a chance to talk to them. The janitors / housekeepers were the only friendly staff.

Ask on several occasions to attend the room to supply batteries for the TV remote told us they were on the way then never came, had to leave the TV on all night as we could not get to the plugs to turn it off so had to leave the background light on the TV all night, witch then lead to a long disturbed night with little sleep, to ask the question again in the morning and still no attention so in total told would be attending 3 time,
