They get two stars for being responsive to my issues, and the room was generally comfortable. It was not clean and a bit janky, though. Therefore, I could not truly be comfortable. The kitchen sink had a very leaky faucet, there was hair in the refrigerator and prior to them changing the sheets per my request, there were specs of ‘who knows what’ and little hairs in the bed. Also, it wasn’t clear how to turn on the towel warmer or how to exit the front gate. When rushing down to catch Ubers, I would put my arm through the bars and use the camera on my phone to view the numbers on the gate code pad so that I could get out. It wasn’t made clear how to exit the gate. Again, the people seemed nice & fixed the bedding issue, but I would not stay there again.

The property was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay. Check-in was a little clunky at first, but the staff resolved the issue quickly, which I appreciated. The biggest downside was the noise. There is a very busy bar below the property, and you can hear everything. On the Thursday night of my stay, there was a DJ playing from 9:00 pm until 1:00 am, making it difficult to relax or sleep. You can also hear people outside very clearly, as the windows don’t provide much sound insulation. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider before booking.
