This is my favourite hotel in London, loved the room! The club is an add extra, it was so nice to chill out in the evening with a glass of wine in the club area .

No one present at reception upon check in. I’d emailed before to say that my arrival was 22:00 and would someone be there? No response! Room was “upgraded” it was freezing and the a/c did not work when trying to increase the temperature. The room was very noisy (or rather the inconsiderate neighbours were). Good water pressure on the shutters although the hose was broken (room 5551). Expensive for a basic hotel.

Poor service and room was not worth it

It was the first time using Z hotels and I would definitely not be using again. It was booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1st night and went elsewhere. The shower was leaking (seal broken so water coming through into toilet area) and it was not cleaned properly. One of the pillows had a mark as if the pillowcase had not been washed properly. There is no way to contact reception from the room we were in unless walk down to the main reception. We even tried calling Reception using the system given in the part we were staying with no answer, so just dropped the key cards and left. The room also did not look like what was shown in the images. In my opinion, it’s okay to stay here if budgeting or don’t mind the smaller space and not fussed about the cleanliness etc. I am not happy that paid for 2 nights.

Hotel molto carino in una traversa di Oxford Street. Si trova a 10minuti a piedi da Marble Arch fermata linea metropolitana o in alternativa a 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Bakery Street. Zona tranquilla. Stanze comode.
