"They took our money as a “down payment” for damages on the room. $100 a night. The water park smelled like pee in a few places and they wouldn’t accommodate us with anything since they took our money out of our bank account they double charged me for parking and a birthday package I bought."

"The front desk staff were so nice! We weren’t sure what part of town we were in but we felt safe! No problems whatsoever. The hotel staff even said it was safe there. Our room was clean and large. Bathroom was clean. Highly recommend for the price you can’t beat this! I would stay again!"
