It was the worst stay in my life. It was really disappointing because I’ve always wanted to stay there. When it came to with the room, I kept calling the actual hotel. They kept hanging up on me and this happened about four times so I just booked it through Travelocity when we got there there was no one in the front desk we had to wait about 30 minutes and they still prioritized other people even though we were the first ones in line finally when we got to our room it was so dirty and disgusting. There was nasty things on the wall, the pictures and the chairs I did not feel comfortable with my kids staying there, and when I wanted to walk through with my children across the lobby, security stopped us and was being very rude. I will never stay in this hotel casino again.

When we first checked in, they let us know that one of the elevators was down so we had to walk all the way to the other side to use a different one. We get to the room and the ac was horrid. We tried turning up the air to 70+ and it just stayed at 67 and it was freezing. The next morning, taking a shower the tub was so backed up it was like taking a shower in a bath. When I tried the outlets to do my hair, my cord just kept on coming out and wouldn’t stay since it was so loose. The room was outdated and you could hear everything, even the music from the casino. This was out first time staying there and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Unfortunately, no one told me that they were doing remodeling and construction on the rooms on the floor that I was put on. At 8 o’clock both mornings that I was there they started chiseling and pounding on concrete and the noise was so bad. I had to leave the room. When I reported it to the front desk, they wouldn’t move me to another room, but they waived the resort fees to compensate for it. I would’ve rather paid the resort fees and been able to sleep in my room after 8 o’clock in the morning. It made the stay rather uncomfortable. I enjoyed the casino and the staff. But I would not return until the construction is completed or make sure that I was not put on the floor two doors down from rooms that were being remodeled.
