"I specifically chose this hotel because it has a pool and hot tub. In fact, knowing from experience, I even called the hotel and asked them directly what time the hot tub closed and if it was working. The man said it closed at 10:30pm. "Stay was great. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff were very accommodating with every interaction. I decided to stay an extra couple of days and they not only price matched the third party vendor I used but went BELOW that number which completely surprised me. Keep in mind, the third party price was already lower than what I was initially quoted at the desk. "

"I love this hotel! This was my 3rd time and it NEVER disappoints! It is so convenient to stay here when we are on a weekend Disney trip. They have a shuttle (for a small fee) that you can use to be dropped off in front of the park. It’s also not too far from the Toy Story parking lot (15 min walk or so) and there are a lot of dining options available. Parking is onsite and easy to park. I think a small downfall was that an elevator was broken and it took a little while for the elevators to go up and down with a line of people waiting. I DEFINITELY recommend! Not too far from the Anaheim packing district was well! :) "
