"Good: Good price. Clean. Comfortable beds. McDonald’s and Tim Hortons adjacent. C-train stop 5 minute walk away. 10 minute drive to downtown. Room had a microwave and mini fridge. There was a shared washer and dryer available for guests use on our floor. It was clean. Cleaning staff provided us extra towels without issue. Breakfast is pretty good and complimentary. Free above ground and sheltered parking. Seemed to be a pretty ok area safety-wise. Issues: The hot tub was not very hot and jets weren’t firing. We asked and were told that’s how it is. Toilet was cramped up against the sink. Likely just the layout of our room specifically. Spoke to a staff member on the phone before arrival to make arrangements (someone else needed to check in as I was arriving late) and staff member was rude and did not arrange the pickup correctly despite confirming he had."
