Fine for a cheap stay. Complaints would be no be vending machine for ice/pop/water. We weren’t given wifi info at check in even though I had asked. The alarm clock was set for 4 am by the previous guest which blasted us awake. There was only decaf in the room and I called front desk 3 times to have regular coffee delivered but no answer. Check in staff was friendly. Parking was easy. It was fine.

Check in was quick and easy, just not sure why they had to take a photocopy of drivers license. Room was clean, comfy bed, room was really cold when i got in. Noisy during the night, a young toddler was running up and down the hall screaming until late. At 2 am the room next door was obviously partying.

Staff was very accommodating when I needed to checkout a day early! Thank you Room was clean but the fact that all electrical was run through multiple extension cords to one outlet seemed a bit unsafe. Walls are a little thin, guests next door nightly activities were super annoying.

This is a decent hotel, and definitely a good value for your dollar. Everyone working front desk we're friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient. And for a stripped down hotel experience, I'm not sure it can be beat. My experience was not without a pickups though. There were a great deal of crumbs and debris around the base of the bed, which tells me they haven't changed the box spring sheet we're done a thorough cleaning of the room in a while. There was no television in the room which seemed odd but certainly not a deal-breaker. The curtains of the room were practically see through, which was a bit uncomfortable considering the window is parking lot level. Overall, I was very satisfied, considering it was a very affordable option. If you just need somewhere to hang your hat for the night, I highly recommend Amenida Residences. If you like a lot of amenities and the bells and whistles of a hotel stay, I would suggest you keep looking.
