"My room was okay however, there were a few things that could’ve been repaired. Most of my TV channels were scrambled, so the selection of viewable channels were minimal. The screen on my window was smashed and barely hanging on. A section of the bathroom was very water damaged as well. Also, I booked the hotel, knowing there was a restaurant on site however, when I arrived, it was closed for renovations. On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and there is ample parking for guests."

To our delight, the hotel had also prepared a thoughtful anniversary gift for us. It was such a meaningful surprise and a beautiful reminder that true hospitality is found in the little details. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of downtown Calgary. But what made this stay truly memorable wasn't just the beautiful property—it was the people. The sincere care and attention we received made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Thank you to Inna and the entire team for making our wedding anniversary so special. We left with wonderful memories, and there's no question where we'll stay the next time we're in Calgary!"
