Staff where really good , was fairly clean , underground parking ( wasnt cheap ) nice to have in storm though , walking distance to everything and decent breakfast. Downfalls one small frying pan no pots for kitchenette and no hot water off and on . Normally hot water wouldnt matter but paid extra for a room with jetted tub couldnt use half the time as no hot water. The water heaters were being changed once done water super hot.

The room was very comfortable and absolutely immaculate. The front desk was courteous and helpful. Beds were amazing and the breakfast was delicious and had a good selection. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

My wife and I only stayed here for 2 nights but it was okay. Downtown area, easy to walk. At night, can be a bit sketchy but just like any other city at night. Bathroom is a bit small, however, the room is very big. It also has a small kitchen area. The room does look a bit outdated and they could at list change or clean the curtains by the window. Very very dirty and dusty so as the A/C. Overall, okay stay. Just as a reminder this was around Nov 4.

Staff was good but a few problems with hotel just warm water for showering not hot and house keeper left are door open after she had cleaned bye using the dead bolt so door would not close we come back 7 hours later to that was not impressed we told girl at front desk she said o well no care once so ever likely nothing was taken and they told us next time just book with them would not have to pay for parking and better rates

The staff were amazing! Clean room. Close to everything like grocery stores. Functional for sure. Would be great for families. Not real close to downtown if you are walking, but definitely doable. Transit is right out the front door! Has an inner city vibe on 17ave SW, but the beauty of it, its also quiet unlike downtown. Will definitely stay again!
