My room faces the tracks and we can hear the trains every a few minutes , less frequently at night but they do still come. It was a sleepless night. I have to say last time our room was facing the street and it was so much better.

Windows were dirty in our room sink needs to be replaced. There’s a $25 fee for early arrival or late checkout. When trying to sleep, the doors in our hallway are very loud when people are going in and out. The staff were good.

This hotel was close to the Calgary Zoo and Heritage Park. The pool was nice, the continental breakfast was very good and the restaurant had pretty good food and good service.

It’s nice that there is free parking but when the top parking gets full you have to walk up a large ramp and park in the back which looks a bit sketchy
