I have an autistic son and he got into a little mischief at the hotel and when I advised one of your staff members YURI who was present he rolled his eyes at me and gave a little chuckle in disgust after I had informed him my son was autistic. I was disgusted and angry by his display. Surely if you are going to hire someone and they represent your company that they can show a little empathy and understanding and provide a little grace. I hope to never see this employee again when staying at your property.

The property is very convenient, very near to stores especially groceries, Tim Hortons, etc., parking lot is spacious, the staffs are very nice, easy to talk with. The room is very clean, and everything in the room is well fixed especially the beddings, towels are changed everyday.

Absolutely 5 star service the entire time we were here. Here’s an example…while we were at the pool they had to close the hot tub for 10 minutes for maintenance. After doing so, the housekeeping staff brought all the kids at the pool a bag of snacks to say thank you for their patience. Front desk and restaurant staff were great too, and the weekend breakfast buffet was awesome.

Its in more of a shopping area than a conventional hotel location. Its nice its not located directly on LRT route so vagrancy and safety issues arent a concern.
