We had issues with our plumbing draining, and it was spring break unfortunately so going to the pool was out of the question. Plus the lack of towels in the pool made all the floors slick for my frail mother in law.

New, very clean and well maintained hotel. My family enjoyed the free breakfast with eggs, sausages, hashbrown and beans plus the usual breakfast staple. The pool and hot tub is average but hot tub doesn't have any jets so it's pretty useless. But you can't beat the price it's affordable and great for families!

Newer property. Staff was pleasant. Price was right. The room we stayed in was supposed to have queen beds. It did not. Hot tub jets are broken. Never any pool towels by the pool and when asked they had no spares. Close to airport but nothing else.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. The pool has a great waterslide to keep the kids busy. Shuttle to the terminal was convenient, but check the hotel schedule as it doesn't run consistently all day. Would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. We arrived very late as our flight was delayed. The shuttle was no longer running but it was a short uber ride. Unfortunately, we found out after going straight to bed that the toilet in our room was broken and would not flush at all.

We arrived at the hotel after a late flight to find our room door left ajar. Upon entering, we were shocked to discover multiple, what appeared to be fresh, blood stains on the bed cover, sheets, and pillowcases. Thankfully, after some persuasion, the hotel quickly offered us a room change. The front desk staff was not very accommodating when we requested a late checkout (just one hour, given we arrived after midnight and didn’t settle in with our children until 2AM). Additionally, I was told there would be no airport shuttles after 10:40AM and wasn’t provided with any alternative options. However, when I went to the desk to check out, I was offered the airport shuttle—but only after I approached them, as they hadn’t called me back with any updates. A family member who arrived at the same time was granted both the late checkout and shuttle service right away, which made the service feel inconsistent. The staff’s tone also came across as unfriendly. Given this experience, I will not be returning to this hotel.
