We ordered delivery food for my mom who was in the room babysitting our little ones. They weren’t allowed up to our floor to deliver the food for security reasons, which we understood. So my husband called the front desk and asked them to deliver the food to our room so they could eat dinner. When we arrived back to our hotel hours later the food was sitting on the front desk. We very very disappointed and thought this was very poor service.
