This hotel has a great location. You are able to walk around and enjoy downtown Calgary. The gym and pool/waterslide are great! Waterslide is fast ! We enjoyed the restaurant and had excellent service.

We stayed on the Club level - amazing breakfast and happy hour options. The rooms are a bit dated but super clean and well equipped . The staff were attentive and helpful at all times . We would stay here again !

Excellent stay - clean, great service and location

Excellent stay, location is perfect to access attractions downtown including a lovely waking path and huge park across the bridge. Large rooms (we had a two queen room with a sofa bed). Pool area was a huge hit with a waterslide, heated pool and hot tub for all to enjoy! Complimentary bottled water and in room coffee. We splurged on the valet parking and had 10/10 service. Check in was busy but seamless and we loved that the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. The main room and bedroom each had a television so the little one could enjoy cartoons while we watched something that we wanted. The beds are a little in the hard side, but that's a preference thing. Loved our stay and will stay here again. We are four adults, one seven year old and a teenager. We had room service for breakfast one day and it was ok, never used the restaurant the rest of the time so can't really comment on the dining.
