The place was clean and staff eere friendly however our room was subpar. The bed wasnt comfortable at all. It sagged in the middle. The shower had a soap holder that was basically falling off. The lights flickered.. when i asked for extra pillows they barely even had one... (huh? How is that even possible, ive never had an issue at any other hotels) maybe im sounding a little critical however for over 200 dollars for one night id kinda expect a little more.

It was just ok. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel itself isn’t awesome. So loud. I could hear everyone in the hall, the people above us, below us, next door… and just not the cleanest. Could’ve been worse though.

I have stayed at Sandman hotels before, but the cleaning staff left a lot to be desired. I found several pieces of garbage in my room, and when I brought it to managements attention and my room was 'tidied' again, only the 1 specific item I mentioned was taken care of, not the items less than a foot away.
