Room was good, staff good. Didn't use hot tub, didn't have breakfast because I had a 7:00 am flight and had to catch the 3:20 am shuttle back to the airport. The reason for the low rating was because I asked for a 2:40am wake up call to get ready to catch the shuttle. Shortly after I discovered that the phone in the room wasn't working. I went down to the desk and they confirmed that the phone in my room wasn't working. They said the someone would come up and knock on my door to wake me up. I was awake at 2:00am after getting very little sleep and decided to get up, and good thing I did, no one knocked at my door until 3:00am! Had I been sleeping, I would have missed the shuttle, and the 4:20 shuttle wouldn't have got me there on time, I may have missed my flight to Mexico. I was very disappointed!

The suite we stayed in needs some professional repair on the cieling, looks like a first time diy job was done on it. Water in the shower kept going cold. And bed was really firm, not to our liking.

Everything was good, however we had a sofa bed and it was broken. It ended up getting partially fixed but ypu still felt like you were sleeping on a hill, upsidedown and it had absolutely no cushion left in the matress. They also were not fresh sheets.

Tub had hairs in it. Very old and dated. Couch cushion had huge stain. Walked into the lobby and a drunk lady was obnoxious and rude and making a huge scene. All night the other room was banging and screaming. Will NEVER be back

We never had a chamce to have breakfast since our flight was early. The reception was very helpful and accomidsting. We never took a shuttle from there before, the process so easy with a bonus of the driver to drop us off right at the doors we needed to go. Ill definetly be booking the next time we fly.its so mych easier than finding a spot inthe airport parking lot. Thank you much for all your help. 5 stars from our way!
