Crappy Customer Service

Waited over 30 minutes for hotel to pick up phone to organize airport shuttle told would be 35 minute wait. Told to take certain cab company that doesn’t regularly go to airport so we found out. Took the first cab we saw. Cost $30 for taxi.

I made a booking with wotif however when I got there they said the booking was cancelled even though on my end it looked like it was all good. The staff just said I had to book there and then which ended costing me an extra $250 than what I was originally going to pay. (Not sure if this is wotifs fault or the hotel). The stay started with that bad start. The linen was kinda dirty and the aircon was soooooo loud. The staff were friendly.

Great hotel for short stay

Overall this is a good hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with modern looks. Seemed recently renovated. The size was on the smaller side, might be feeling tight over a long stay. Staff has been amazing, and the trainee at FD was great!

I was only there for one night, but the registration was fast with a polite, knowledgeable staff member. I did not have the chance to use the amenities, but there were many activities available. My room was clean with everything I needed stocked in the room. My only negative was that the airport shuttle only went once per hour.
