"My key card could not access any of the amenities such as pool and gym and also would not open exterior doors when taking the dogs outside. I mentioned this on day one and the staff said it was only my room key having problems. When I did want to access the pool,I had to wait in line behind guests checking in for the only staff person to unlock the door for us. Also got locked out when taking the dogs out and had to walk to the other end of the hotel to the lobby entrance. The staff said the maintenance man would fix it by day 2,but it was never fixed. I thought at the bare minimum, they should have offered a discounted stay,or offered another room since I notified them about the problem an hour after checking in. But the staff was friendly and we did enjoy our stay other than this issue."
