TERRIBLE. First 3 days the shower was lukewarm with staff arguing that it was hot enough. After finally moving me to a room with hot water, construction on window replacement started. The only time I wanted to use the hot tub, staff was using it.

I asked for a room on first floor as i was only there 10 hours and had a couple trips to and from my car of stuff i needed to prep for the next day. The staff i thought was jokijg about no heat in the room but no there was no heat it was not the end but i like jt a bit cooler not ideal if i had my kids. I did not notice at first but there was no shower curtain either.
