"Although there were a few issues it was still a great stay and my family had an excellent time here. We had great rooms and of course high floor and ocean view helped. The rooms were generally clean and the furniture and fixtures were still in good shape but you can tell there were some wear and tear on some things. We did find a pest in our room and Hyatt offered us to change rooms but we were already settled in so we decided just to stay and didnt have any issues afterwards. The cleaning team were also very friendly and nice with excellent customer service. The Front were also helpful in allowing us to check in early for one room so we could leave our luggage there for both rooms, The Balcony gave us great views of the ocean and really enjoyed seeing the sunrise and sunset from our room. We did find the room door sound insolation to be lacking as you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway but it acceptable and not late at night. The swimming pool was small as it was mainly for children. The Buffet located here was a 2.5 out of 4. It was alright when you take into consideration the price (79 per person-14.99 for kids) and variety if food. It had snow crab legs and prime rib as the main attractions with raw oysters and sushi (limited selection) as other decent options. The rest of the options were nothing special. They had Farmers market twice a month and we did enjoy the fresh fruits they sold. All in all a recommend for a place to stay in Oahu."
