This was a great choice for walking to the fieldhouse (1.5 miles). The room and staff were great, but we had to share a bathroom with another room. That didn't seem a problem until we woke up this morning, and the other guest was in there for a very long time. That got to be pretty uncomfortable. In addition, breakfast was just ok. I'm used to really special breakfasts at a B&B. This one had the typical things you would find at a Comfort Inn minus the hot food-- cold cereal, breads, fruit, juice, rolls, yogurt, hardboiled eggs. It was very attractively and elegantly arranged. We will probably stay here again.

This was the first time my wife and I have stayed at a bed and breakfast, and we loved it! The host and his wife were the kindest of people. We would absolutely stay again! I would recommend for any couple or family looking to have a unique, fun stay in Indianapolis.

Perfect antique experience

Absolutely perfect downtown stay in a quiet neighbourhood. After spending 6 days and 6 nights here, it sincerely felt like home thanks to the amazing staff. Incredibly clean, a perfectly comfortable room with complimentary snacks, additional amenities, breakfasts every day to suit every dietary need and taste, and hospitality that was priceless! David was the most amazing host and made my stay here so special- you’d never get this level of service at a hotel chain, and it was such a great experience. HIGHLY recommend this property for a perfect visit to Indianapolis, whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay.
