Where to start

no room key at check in no wifi for the first day ceiling leaked over toilet in bathroom, told front desk and was told it would be fixed by the time we returned, no one did anything about it thru out the day in fact maintenance and next shift for front desk didn't know anything about it. It was repaired while we were out to dinner that night

No shuttle service

I booked this hotel because they advertised a shuttle to and from the airport, which we needed. When we arrived, there was no such service, although we saw the shuttle van outside the property. Cost us $40 more in Uber fees. I wouldn’t trust what they advertise.
