This B&B was in a quaint, lovely old home near downtown Indy. Parking was easy and free, staff was very friendly, and our room was cute and comfortable with all necessities (including good coffee!). Because of Covid, we couldn't get the usual dining room breakfast, but every morning a basket was set outside our door with a continental breakfast that was more than enough. We would definitely come again!

Great B&B close to downtown
Quiet neighborhood, close to everything you may want to explore in Indy. Friendly staff, the breakfast is amazing and lots of yummy snacks! Highly recommend!

Great first time at a B&B
Pros:The layout of our room was great. Who wouldn't want to stay in a Victorian era home, let alone how cool it is in the attic.
Cons:It's a116 years old, the floors creak. There are drafts. It didn't bother us. it's a great place.
Location:it's a 2 minute drive to downtown indy in normal traffic. Breakfast is probably great, but check out Lincoln Pancake house on Meridian & 23rd.
Please don't confuse this area with the downtown experience of years ago. This is a great location that's close to everything downtown, Mass. Ave, The Murat, all the great restaurants, and I'm sure there are sports things too. We stayed in the NE Loft. It's a great room for a couple, with or without a kid. I wouldn't take more than 1 for that room. We never made it to breakfast, but It smelled great. Staff is nice and easy to deal with. They have on-site parking. The loft had a full range, full-sized fridge, sink, microwave, everything you'd expect in an extended stay at a typical rate. You must like narrow stairs and ladders(to the loft bed).
