We absolutely loved our stay here. This was our third VRBO in two weeks and it was our favorite. The house had everything we needed. It was very organized and clean. We will definitely be back. Great host too!

Very cozy, clean cabin. It had a kitchen and bathroom, so everything I needed! The outdoor amenities were nice as well, porches and a firepit. Neighborhood was nice and very close to everything, but location was quiet and out of the busy part of Hot Springs. Highly recommend!

Cozy cabin in a quiet area...until the garbage truck came at 5:30 am. Nice area to take our dogs outside. Shower a little small. Sank down too much when we sat on the couch. Overall the bed was comfortable. Little close to the wall for get into and out of bed.Nice kitchen. Large TV.

This was our first vaca in Hot Springs. We stayed busy with so many things to do there. The house was clean, good area and every amenity you could possibly need. The only negative but an easy fix for the maintenance is the toilet seat is broke. We had no tools to try an fix it. or

Property was easy to find . Area was safe . A few minute drive to downtown . Parking was good. Lots of room . Could accommodate large vehicle . The rental was small . Cute little place that was very clean. My only main complaint was the bed, the mattress (closest to the kitchen) was sagging quite a bit, and if you tried to roll toward the other side it's as if you're trying to go uphill. The studio it's was cute enough, but the outside of the property could be spruced up a bit.
