Booking Error: Requested a non-smoking room but initially received a smoking room. Compromised Security: The entry door jamb looked kicked in and damaged. Missing Equipment: No smoke alarm was installed in the room. Exposed Wiring: An electrical outlet was completely missing its safety cover. Severe Cleanliness Failures, Insect Infestation: Found numerous live insects inside the bedding and on the walls. Filthy Linens: Bedding was heavily stained. Discovered human pubic hair and lots of pet hair on the sheets and mattress protector. No Amenities: The bathroom door been kicked in, and no hairdryer. (pretty important for me)"
