I had a handicap accessible room. The room was clean and set up well for my issues getting around. Staff were very polite. Bed was actually comfortable.

bathroom was not heated so that was a bit uncomfortable. but to be honest the clerk had to change rooms for us because the heat wasn't working which was the reason for the temp in room. he was very helpful in taking care of the problem.
