We were very pleased with our stay! We’re a family of five with little kids and staying inside the national park can’t be beat! Rooms were clean, front desk were helpful, and the cafeteria had reasonable prices for some hot meals after a long day of walking/hiking. We’re already talking about future visits - I recommend bringing bikes!

Convenient location, clean rooms, easy check in and check out. If you are on the first floor, it can be noisy with the upstairs room. But a great spot to explore the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

It was fine for a night. Not the cleanest room and the bathroom was super outdated. Not much room to put any toiletries. But the location made up for it. Nice to be so close to the canyon.

The room was in a new building - very clean, comfortable (super soft sheets and nice bedding!), and quiet. Checkin was super easy, and the lodge is close to everything you need. The kitchenette was great - full size fridge and microwave, as well as a range/cooktop, and all the dishes and cutlery you could need. A great home away from home!

The hotel in Grand Canyon Village was cleaner and nicer than I expected. However, the bed mattress was in poor condition, so I had a slightly uncomfortable night's sleep.

There was some sort of power failure and the automatic doors weren’t working and could not check in properly. Our room was on the second floor and no elevator so had to drag our suitcase up the stairs. However room was wonderful and food in the hotel take and go was great.
