It’s an old facility but all the staff are friendly. We got a suite. There is a mini fridge, microwave, small sink, and coffee maker. There were no cooking stuff, silverware, bowl, plates or paper towel though. The hot tub and indoor pool were nice. Complimentary breakfast was also nice with some good varieties.

Great location, right outside the Grand Canyon, easy access. Also close to easy food options and a gas station/grocery store. The included breakfast and coffee was nice. I appreciated that the pool wasn’t freezing since I have a child small enough to still require I get in the pool. Room was clean.

I liked the king suite roomy with all the amenities. Staff were great especially breakfast staff and front desk extremely friendly and accommodating Only complaint was thermostat in room did not seem to turn off heat so room hotter than reading. Had to turn it down much more below what normal
