I had made an extension of my stay until tomorrow as i lost my backpack from Anakeesta Park while on Chondola Ride. It was around 8pm approximately. I reported my lost items and i have my money, credit cards , drivers license and key fob plus gadget. I have waited for the calls from management of Anakeesta but none. No emails. The Hotrl management has been very helpful in my situation. They assisted me in my needs. This is highly recommended hotel. They take care of theie guests

Parking was tight, room needed some attention pealing paint around jetted tub, carpet pulling up, flooring in shower felt like it was sinking in the middle, could hear people from outside/other room loudly but room was clean and walkable to the main strip in Gatlinburg.
