After I entered my room I found the toilet was backed up. The next morning I informed the desk agent about it and asked her to have it fixed. When I returned that night I found that the toilet was cleaned, but was still not working properly. I decided not to press the issue since I was leaving in the morning and could make due. In future, it would be best if concerns brought by the guests were addressed in a timely manner.

The hotel in general terms offers a good stay, clean, very well maintained and tranquil. Staff were courteous professional and respectful. The elevators needs a little attention for cleaning but nothing that diminish my opinion. Thank you.
