We wanted the room to have a girls night while other went to an event. We had little and were planning on watching movies/cartoon the whole night. The couch was sunken in and looked stained and very used. The tv when tuened to kids channel all said no signal or audio only. What hotel doesnt have kids channels? Really dissappinted bc this was a main reason for getting a hotel let alone a hyatt
