Showed up to the employee sleeping in the desk. Sketchy people roaming parking lot and inside lobby asking for money and phone chargers. When employee decided to wake up, she gave incorrect information about my reservation that did not make sense. Didn’t stay and refund was denied. Emailed management who was not interested in hearing what happened. They should definitely check cameras!!! Steer clear of this place!

The room was spotless, the free continental breakfast made it even better to stay there, then the free tickets to a concert at Billy bobs took me by surprise and was a fun amenity that the country inn and suites offered! I loved how my hotel room for 3 nights was fairly cheap and taking an uber to the stockyards was cheap and not far at all! It was an overall great stay, and I’d stay again, and I’d let other friends and family know who may come to stay about this property!

We really enjoyed the hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds! Highly recommend it if you’re going to the stockyards, the shuttle runs between certain times so it worked for us!! We will be back!

I rarely leave comments but with this hotel, I will take time because they deserve it. We have two kids and usually we hate it when hotels put us to higher floors and will keep on calling us because our kids move a lot. Well I mean they should have thought of it before assigning us to that floor. With County inn, I was pleased that we were put at the ground floor near fire exit, considering we have kids. We felt safe. The service was top notch. The room was clean and orgnanized. The breakfast was superb. We did not pay a lot for this stay but we felt safe and the stay was peaceful. I love the interior of the hotel as well, so cozy. I highly recommend this to my family and friends. Thank you
