Perfect little getaway

We stayed here with our 18 month old daughter and it was perfect for the long weekend. The views of the water were absolutely unbeatable. We loved to sit on the patio and watch the water roll in on the beach. Emerald towers was in a perfect spot that was quiet and family friendly.

Quiet, clean and beautiful view

Property was clean and complex was quite. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Every morning having coffee saw the dolphins swimming. Beach was very clean and the beach chairs and umbrellas that were supplied was a nice touch. Would booked this rental again.

Beautiful!!

The unit itself is beautiful!! We had everything we needed. It’s very comfortable and very clean. The bed’s are comfortable and we slept very well. The deck furniture is clean and in good shape with a small table and 2 chairs, then 2 taller chairs that give you an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean! The staff was great. We only spoke by phone or texts. There’s no office on site. Our only complaints are there’s no outside shower to wash the sand off before entering the building, the bathroom is in the front of the building next to the road, not close to the beach at all, and the dumpster for your trash is hard to access being pretty tall with a heavy lid. The building itself has some age on it but the elevator works good.

Only one complaint

Property was great. Only complaint I have is VRBO charged me a separate fee for using them and I wasn’t aware this was going to happen. I wouldn’t have minded the fee IF it had been in the total bill.

If it wasn't for the view i would've been even more dissatisfied

When we arrived i noticed the so call pool out front which looked nothing like the online photos. The windows were dirty both recliners were so nasty we didn't sit on them. 2 pillow cases had stains and two towels were dirty. . The shower head in the first bathroom was nasty so we didn't use it. The ceiling fans made so much noise on hight that we kept them off. And we couldn't drink water out the fridge because the filter needed changing.

Beautiful location!

We had an end unit on the second floor. It was like a panoramic view of the Gulf!!!! The condo was beautiful , comfortable, and clean with two bathrooms and laundry! Only a couple of miles to attractions. I will definitely be coming back!

Great View

We were pleased with the property. The location is perfect. The front door and patio door from the master bedroom need painted. I highly suggest blackout blinds in both bedrooms and on the patio door in the master bedroom. The sun is bright and woke us up every morning. We would stay there again.

Was not pleased with property

Only bare essential. No pot big enough to cook pasta,no bread pan, no type of anything to pick up hot things from stove, baseboard could use a good cleaning, what cooking pots and pans that were there was very hard to get out of cabinet.had to lay down to get to. Not happy with the master bath. No door to close. Very small was like a half bath. Very small vanity really disappointing for the money that I paid for unit over 2 thousand dollars. Wood not stay there again or recommend to anyone. No place matts for counter top table . granite is already Cold and when we sat our plates down our food got cold really quick. This was a total train wreck. Very very disappointed.. our balcony door handle was broken when we arrived could not get to the patio. This unit needs some tender love and care. It was way over priced for what we got. Been coming to Fort Walton beach since 1991 . this was the worst unit I have ever had.

Great unit

Nice, end unit. Overall, as described and updated. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the ocean. Only negative- pool is in the front, so not as easy to watch kids and enjoy the ocean view.

Great View but a Lack of Privacy and Communication

First, if privacy is an issue for you, there is not a door on the master bathroom. It is simply part of the master bedroom. I had no idea from the pictures. I never would have rented this condo for that very reason. It caused a pretty big inconvience for all of us. The unit was very clean and the view was incredible. the walk to the beach was vey short and the beach service set up was great. There were always empty chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen has been updated and was nice and big. Plenty of seating was available inside the condo and on the patio. I was dissapointed when we arrived to find the ice maker didn't work. After 1 text, 3 phone calls and 1 email, the ice maker was never fixed. We had to buy our ice for the entire stay. That was annoying with such a nice kitchen, along with the hefty price, you want to at the very least have ice for the beach. Also, just an fyi, we were sitting on the patio around 11 at night and witnessed an individual trying to break into our truck (along with several other cars) we were able to scare them off. Just make sure to bring all belongings inside and lock your vehicle.

Spring Break 2020

Everything was extremely clean and accurate to the listing! We even stayed an extra day because it was so great. The views from the balcony were amazing! This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in! We will be rebooking this place in the future!

One of the nicest condos that I've ever stayed in & we'll definitely book it again!

I've been vacationing in Fort Walton Beach for the past 5 years with my family & I'll have to say that we absolutely loved this condo! This place is the real deal & the pictures you see of the condo don't lie, unlike some of the other places we've stayed in before. We're already planning our next vacation & hopefully we'll be staying in this same unit again!

Beautifully appointed condo! Outstanding views! I would recommend this property to anyone—there was no disappointment. We will definitely be back. The staff at Resort Quest were responsive and friendly, they genuinely cared about making our stay pleasurable.
