AMAZING VIEWS / HISTORICAL PROPERTY

ME AND MY SISTER HAD SUCH A WONDER TIME. THE HOST STAYED IN TOUCH, THROUGH OUT OUR STAY.THE HOUSE WAS VERY HOMIE, AND LOTS OF DECOR. THE WIFI WAS NOT THAT RELIABLE, BUT WE MADE IT WORK. WE HAD SOME TOILET ISSUES THAT WAS RESOLVED WITHIN 24HOURS. THANK GOODNESS THERE WAS A 2ND BATHROOM UPSTAIRS. WE WENT KAYAKING WITH WAS SO FUN AND SCARY AT THE SAME TIME. ( HEAVY DOWN POUR OF RAIN THE DAY BEFORE)THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS ONE OF THE OARS PADDLES WERE BROKEN, AND THE LIFE JACKETS WERE IN THE CANOE IN STAGNET WATER REALLY WISH THERE WAS A HOT TUB ON THE PROPERTY. WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO SOAK IN IT AT NIGHT AND WATCH THE STARS . WE DIDNT YOU THE GUEST HOUSE, BUT WE DID GO IN AND SEE IT, AND WAS A VERY COZY HOUSE. BUT THE SHRUBS TO GET THE HOUSE WAS VERY OVER GROWN, IT WAS LIKE WALKING THROUGH A JUNGLE TO GET TO THE HOUSE. WITH EVERYTHING SAID, WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. 3 NIGHTS AND 4 DAYS WAS JUST NOT LONG ENOUGH

Excellent Stay

We felt like we were right at home with everything. The esthetics of the entire property made us comfortable away from home. The beds were comfy and even with 10 of us in total, we never felt crammed and we all had our own space. Our family raved about it and we still do.

Great property and great communication with the Manager. We had some issues at the check in but everything was handled quickly. The cabin has it's own charm and history, very unique.

Great Getaway

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The cabin was perfectly appointed for home cooking, laundering, and enjoying a break from everyday life. Our children enjoyed using the kayaks and canoe. Would recommend to anyone that wants a quiet, quaint vacation. An issue we incurred was quickly addressed and managers were available and VERY helpful.

OCTOBER GETAWAY

This precious house was perfect for our stay. So comfortable, we felt at home. All the civil war memorabilia and stuffed animals really added to the cabin vibe. The location was great! Loved being near the Beaver Bridge and listening to the clap of the boards when someone drove over it. We had a buck and doe that would show up every once in a while grazing on the property. Highly recommend this property. Also, highly recommend checking out Roaring River State Park in Missouri, just over the line about 30 minutes from cabin. The trout fishing was fantastic!

Relaxing family vacation

We loved our stay at this cabin for our family of 6. This place was perfect for our family with teenagers. They had their own space in the guest cabin. The kayaks and canoe were fun to take out on the river. We loved sitting around the table playing games and roasting s’mores over a fire at night. Thank you for sharing your cabin.

Enjoyed our trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The 2 cabins were clean. When we arrived our door code didn’t work so we texted the after hours number and was given a new code right away. It was not far from downtown Eureka Springs and even though the highway is near we didn’t have any issues with noise. We loved walking around the main cabin to see all the rustic decor and the deck was great for relaxing. We didn’t find the firewood that was mentioned in the listing but we were able to find some limbs to make a fire with. Overall we were very pleased and will keep this place in mind if we want to revisit Eureka Springs.

Great Place

This is a really great spot with plenty of room!! We loved being on the water and the outdoor space! We had a couple of issues but once I text the property managers the issues were taken care of promptly. The only downside is the cabin is a lot closer to a busy road then I had thought, we would sit out on back porch and the cars were pretty consistent and you can see them all from the porch. Second the property has been taken care of but could use some extra TLC, there’s a lot of dead bushes and trees that need to be taken out, and when trying to get to the standing room only cabin you have to duck low under all the limbs that have grown out by the cabin. The grape vineyard looks like it’s barely making it, all Plants are dead except maybe 5-6. I was looking forward to a lush vineyard which it probably was at one time. All in all it is a great place, and could be even better if it had a little extra attention paid to it. Would we stay here again? Yes, it is worth it at the regular rate they ask, we had to pay a higher rate since it was the Fourth of July holiday, which I don’t believe was worth the price. Still a really neat cabin with a lot of history

Great cabin on the River

This cabin is wonderful. Rustic appearing with all the modern conveniences. Backyard is on the river and canoes and kayaks are provided. The river current isn’t strong so canoeing was fun. Only a few minutes from Eureka Springs so it is close to eating and sight seeing. Lots of places around the area to hike. The internet is a little slow. Worked just fine for TV and phones, but unfortunately I need to be able to access work even when I am away. The connection was a little slow to be effecient at work. Not really a big issue but just be aware. Would definitely stay here again.
