Check in was not a pleasant experience. It was a lot my fault. When making my reservation, I entered the arrival date a day early. Before I booked, I found my error and changed the dates. I must have missed something on the screen because the original dates got booked. I arrived at the hotel a day late finding my booking had been cancelled for both nights. I understand losing the money for the first night, but I also lost the money for the second night. They would not let me have my second night's room.

I was disappointed with this hotel because I was expecting a really nice room. I don’t understand the high ratings. This.hotel is OK but needs to be refreshed and updated. Our room was comfortable but a bit tattered. The breakfast was what most hotels offer in a buffet breakfast with warming trays. The staff, however, was very nice and helpful. In short, everything was OK. If I return to Bentonville I will stay elsewhere, even if it cost a little more.

The hotel deserves a high rating because the staff is very responsive to any needs that you have. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and they keep that place in tiptop condition. Really enjoyed my stay. Will come back again when I’m in the area.
