Upon arrival, a broken glass was near the entrance. The website did not mention everything would be closed, the front desk couldn't differentiate between a flat or fitted sheet. Just an overall nasty experience.

Side doors card reader were broken. Had to use front door only. Having to use the back of the building for designated dog area in the middle of the night which backs up to the back of a store and warehouse. Not very lite and safe area to be locked out of hotel unless you walked all the way around building to front entrance. Just think doors should have been fixed for safety concerns.

Moldy caulk at tub. Elevator moves at the slowest speed I've ever experienced,no ice Mach achines but there are fridges in room if you don't mind waiting 2 hours. The shower granite is nice if you overlook the oversize holes cut for plumbing that are not caulked or sealed.

All exit doors and laundry room doors not equipped with soft door closers extremely noisy in hall with doors banging all day and evening. Never stay there again. Told sales dept but need owner permission to change

Very nice for the price

The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. Even though our stay was only for one night we could have stayed there much longer comfortably. We checked in to the hotel about 10 at night and even though it was late the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Baseball, Baseball and more baseball

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, free movies at front desk
We were there with my son while he was playing baseball at University of Arkansas at Ft. Smith. It was great to have a place to wash his uniforms, have meals, work out and privacy. There were movies we could get from the front desk. It was close to places of interest.

Amazing!!!!!!!!

I have stayed at many hotels, and overall candlewood exceeds my expectations! The staff is super friendly. Customer Service is a PERFECT 10. Located closely to major intersections, shopping and town! I would recommend everyone to stay at a Candlewood! I have lived here for 5 months and I must say that I wouldn't go anywhere else but here or a Candlewood in the city I am traveling in!
