"We stayed one night after arriving via plane. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - they called after my partner accidentally left his headphones while we were checking in, and were very friendly with our 10yo niece who was traveling with us. They also provided an info sheet that listed local restaurants nearby, which was super helpful. We enjoyed the pool and our room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast options as well. I would definitely stay again."

"Everything was pretty good. Only complaint was I waited about 30 minutes for a shuttle to the mall and it was still not ready. Quick easy walk tho. The cafe across the street, Nomadic was delicious. The amenities at the hotel was great. I enjoyed the bar as well!"

"We so enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. I’m always a fan of rooms that don’t have carpet just for the cleanliness especially with a toddler/baby. The pool was fantastic and our son had an absolute blast in their little water park. We came up for his birthday weekend and will definitely consider this location in future years!"

"We were pleased with the room, cleanliness, comfort, staff was very professional and friendly. The complimentary shuttle to The Mall of America was very punctual and well organized. The only part of our stay was loud fireworks going off outside between 11-1 pm. Could not sleep. No one knew who set them off, or where they came from. Otherwise, it was a great stay"

"We had a fantastic experience at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Bloomington! From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from the Mall of America, which made shopping and dining super convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated the little touches like the in-room coffee and large bathroom space. The free breakfast each morning was a huge plus—plenty of options and everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel also has a nice pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we’ll absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town!"
