"The hotel is close to MOA in proximity, but kind of a pain to get to, having to take 3 side roads. To begin my trip I waited in the lobby while, what appeared to be the manager, discussed a conflict about a door hinge while 3 of us waited for about 10min. The check-in process was quick, but they handed me my keys and gave no details, then look annoyed when I asked about which door to use. Parking was NOT free, which was not advertised and totaled $11.99/night. Our room was clean, but the air conditioner wasnt functioning correctly. The maintenance worker Justin was great though in fixing it and set us up with fans. The pool was ok, but lacked towels for our price point. And it was a bit overcrowded. The beds were good, pillows were garbage (went flat w/any pressure). Breakfast was a joke: muffins, fruit, bagels cereal and yogurt. No protein in sight and they never did refill the coffee pot. Overall, it was a clean hotel, but I expected more from that pricepoint."

"This hotel is very nice! The easy access to the highway made everything quick and easy when driving in the city. Hotel room was clean and nice with a comfy bed. Hotel had a nice deep pool and a spa as well. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with center of Minneapolis traffic and driving!"

"The elevators didn't work properly. Was headed to 7th floor and elevator stopped at 5th floor for 8 minutes with us stuck inside...then it went back down to 1st floor, went to get an attendant and they acted annoyed. AC did not work well in room it was sweltering. Stayed here because $25 cheaper (we were just staying night to catch plane back home next morning)....words to the wise spend the extra $25 and stay across street!"

"This is not a hotel - it is a motel/inn. Our room set up is odd. The door opens right to the beds and the bathroom is at the end of the room. This setup allows us to hear everything outside the door (we are on the ground floor so lots of foot traffic). The toilet needs to be flushed twice in order to flush completely. The bathroom is extremely small and worn. Really expensive for the quality of the inn but it was during convocation ceremony season. Great proximity to university campus. Will not stay again."
