"I did a night flight stay over in Panama, was very decent hotel for the price. "

"This hotel was a nightmare. I arrived at Panama City from Ecuador at 8:30pm, but NO Shuttle was available as they advertised on Expedia, and even worse, there was no one to answer the phone at all. I emailed, texted, and called the hotel right after I received the book confirmation from Expedia and the day BEFORE my arrival because it was my first time to visit Panama. The property NEVER responded, so I had to call Expedia at the airport after my arrival. Long story short, Expedia could NOT reach them, either, and told me to take Taxi to get to the hotel almost midnight. I did not know whether there was anyone to check in at that time, so I had to request to cancel the booking and get refund. I am very disappointed with Expedia's listing recently because I had a few unpleasant experiences with bookings on Expedia. I wish Expedia had a system to validate the listings and knew the properties' advertisement is honest."

"The only ice machine was under repair. Had to go to the restaurant to get ice. The staff was unaware and directed me to the broken machine. Suggestion - add multiple ice machines."

"Staff always helpful every time I stay. The gym was in better shape this visit and we put it to good use. Rooftop pool is really pleasant. The rooms are spacious with good useable kitchenettes. We really enjoy short or long stays at Coral Suites!"
