This hotel doesn’t even give you ice you have to pay for the ice, they don’t put cups in the room , I make reservations for 3 people in one room and they only put 2 towels, I call the first day for the extra towel and then I have to wait long hours for them to bring in to the room. The second day the same thing but this time I call 3 times and they told me that the towels was in the dryer and I have to wait. Unbelievable never again.

My stay at The Principe was amazing! The staff were very friendly, facility was exceptionally clean and centrally locate to everything. I definitely will be staying again and highly recommend this Hotel for anyone traveling to the El Congrejo area!

This hotel needs a serious renovation! WiFi was not working in the room, despite front desk sending someone to add a router in the room. The room smelled stale, the sheets reeked of humidity and the hallways seem to have been drenched in bleach. Not a great experience.
