Renovated Villa Close to the Beach.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villa 313 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

New inventory to our rental portfolio. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom recently refreshed villa is located in the heart of Destin and only a short walk to and from the beach. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining area and 2 comfortable bedrooms each with ensuite full bathrooms, as well as a full sized washer and dryer. This property also enjoys a community pool and a outdoor grilling area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent at the beach.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
