New owners Jim & Jennifer Fair want to make sure you get “Your Fair Share” so they have updated furnishings, flooring, paint and décor and want to share this beautiful getaway with you! Classy & coastal, this condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs master has a 4-poster King bed and its own private balcony. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is ideal for kids, teens or singles with a brand new twin over full bunk set. Elegant new leather sofas in the living room provide comfortable seating and one folds out into a Queen sleeper.

Shabby chic dining table seats 8 in vintage coastal style and extra counter dining with 2 bar stools is always appreciated. The color palette is cool and beachy with warm beiges and sea glass aquas.

The Destin Seafarer offers free WIFI, covered parking, elevator, luggage carts, outdoor grill, beachfront heated pool and hot tub and 280' of of the most beautiful beach in the world. Beach service is available but not included.
