The property was clean but I didn’t know there was a tenant living in the basement. He was very loud the entire evening. I believe he was playing video games. There was no door going down to the basement from the main level. A door would have helped to mitigated the noise, also not being familiar with the house especially at night I felt could have been dangerous. We left the light on in the kitchen so we wouldn’t make a wrong turn and fall down the stairs. The bed was comfortable but in desperate need of new pillows they were completely flat. The host was not super responsive, I had a question and it took him 3 hours to respond.
